The following leadership team members of Cleveland Sight Center guide the day-to-day operations of the Call Center:

Jassen Tawil, MNO
Vice President, Strategic Initiatives
Mr. Tawil successfully managed multi-year technology and training projects funded by the Department of Commerce, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Internal Revenue Service, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, eTech Ohio, Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission, as well as Cuyahoga County Jobs and Family Services.

Larry Benders
President and Chief Executive Officer
With a substantial background in both the for-profit and non-profit world, Mr. Benders brings a wealth of experience and education to Cleveland Sight Center. As Director of Development for Cuyahoga County, he managed a $100 million economic lending program and oversaw numerous federal and state community development programs. Previously, Mr. Benders was the first Executive Director for the Workforce Investment Board (WIB), a joint effort between the City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County that provided job placement opportunities.
