CSCN - Radio Reading

Who We Are:
The goal of the Cleveland Sight Center Radio Reading Network is to provide news and other intentionally crafted content for the blind and visually impaired communities on a daily basis. Each day of the week follows a unique schedule which is filled with entertaining and informative programming. Our volunteer readers read and record newspapers, magazine articles and stories to keep the blind and visually impaired communities up to date with important events in the world. We are fortunate to have a strong and passionate team of volunteers that help provide this valuable content. We hope you enjoy your listening experience!

Mission:
The goal of CSCN is to provide people who are blind or visually impaired with convenient access to informative, entertaining media. Our program is built on listener feedback and the dedicated work of our volunteers.

Vision:
We utilize radio technology to broadcast diverse content to listeners and invite listeners to provide feedback about our programs and services. Curated content is recorded by volunteers and broadcasted on our 24/7 radio station.

Broadcast Schedule:
Each day of the week has its own unique broadcast schedule, which is updated regularly to accommodate changes in content and programming. You can find the schedule in a word doc format here and in a PNG image format here. To hear a sample broadcast of a poem, please click here.
