Available Employment Services

Available services are offered in-person or remotely:

Vocational Evaluation
Staff assess vocational strengths, aptitudes, abilities and academic skill levels to help develop employment goals and identify how CSC can best support each individual’s unique needs.image of a person working at their desk

Job Development
CSC provides training and support to build job readiness skills, reduce barriers and identify potential jobs in the community.

Job Coaching
CSC provides one-on-one support to employed individuals to help them learn job tasks, develop natural supports, advocate for accommodations and adjust to the work environment.

Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
Offered to students (ages 14-21). Students receive job exploration counseling, instruction in self-advocacy, work-based learning and an introduction to postsecondary opportunities.

Customer Service Training:
CSC provides training that equips individuals with the necessary skills and techniques needed for a successful career in the customer service industry using computer and telephone service skills. Learn more about the customer service training program here.

Ticket to Work:
Are you a Social Security Beneficiary seeking employment? CSC is an Employment Network with the Ticket to Work program through the Social Security Administration. Ticket to Work supports career development and financial independence for individuals with disabilities. CSC may be able to provide employment assistance at no cost to you.
