Self Help Groups

Self-help groups provide valuable insight and empathy to those who have lost vision. These groups allow people an opportunity to share their thoughts and concerns with others going through similar experiences.

Many of these groups are led by blind persons and are assisted by sighted volunteers. Their experiences help others cope with the emotions felt due to vision loss. Clients of all ages are invited to gather with others at one of these various locations:

West Side
South Side
Cleveland Area
